  • The candidate must have practical experience using large language model-based agents or artificial intelligence workflows in production and contributing to their design, prompts, and evaluation.
  • The candidate must have experience contributing to evaluations for artificial intelligence systems, including accuracy, faithfulness, and drift detection, and using evaluations to drive quality decisions.
  • The candidate must have sufficient technical depth to read engineering design proposals, debate prompt and tooling strategies, and contribute to artificial-intelligence-based solution evaluations.
  • The candidate must be able to make progress in ambiguous environments with incomplete information or imperfect tools.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of leading complex programs across cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
  • The candidate must have experience with standard project planning, roadmapping, and issue-tracking tools.
  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, preferably in computer science or a technical discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Lead solutioning and technical review for programs, use artificial intelligence agents to surface unstated assumptions in product requirements documents, propose architecture options against historical incidents, generate architecture decision records from review sessions, and partner with engineering on agent capabilities.
  • Drive capacity and resource planning, dependency identification, and project schedule development, using planning agents to produce candidate capacity models and schedules from product requirements, team velocity, and sprint history, and resolve plan-versus-capacity trade-offs.
  • Own cross-team scheduling, set the policies governing scheduling surfaces, and make strategic decisions when dependencies shift or schedule risks arise.
  • Make scope, sequencing, and resourcing trade-offs based on business impact, organizational context, executive priorities, and partner commitments.
  • Lead program delivery, including task planning, scope coverage, cross-team dependency resolution, issue management, and launch quality; negotiate priorities, break ties, escalate to leadership, and own the launch-quality decision.
  • Drive stakeholder communication about project progress, health, risk, and key performance indicator movement, including executive communication for strategic initiatives.
  • Lead knowledge management by capturing, organizing, and distributing feature and system decisions and documentation; help define the schema, evaluations, and refresh cadence for program knowledge.
  • Shape the artificial intelligence tooling roadmap by proposing automation opportunities, partnering with engineering on design and prioritization, and providing real-world feedback.
  • Design and operate evaluations for program agents, including accuracy, faithfulness, and drift over time, and return agents to human review when evaluations fall below threshold.
  • Drive consistent project-management practices across the technical program management function by developing and maintaining templates, playbooks, and best practices for artificial-intelligence-augmented program work.
  • Lead adoption of artificial intelligence tooling within program teams, coach engineers and partners on use of the tooling, surface adoption blockers, and incorporate team feedback.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience using artificial intelligence agents in production team workflows in partnership with engineering, including under an artificial-intelligence-first gating principle.
  • Experience with structured knowledge extraction or retrieval-augmented systems.
  • Experience driving adoption of new tooling or processes across engineering teams.
  • Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist, or Project Management Professional certification.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working at a company at scale or in a large software development organization.
  • Experience in software as a service.
