Requirements
One year of customer service experience, particularly with families and young children.
At least six months of theater or retail experience.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, late nights, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Complete opening and closing duties.
Provide an exceptional guest experience aligned with Marbles customer service procedures.
Communicate scheduling, equipment, inventory, and other operational issues with the manager.
Prepare and serve beverages and concession offerings.
Describe concessions, movies, and operational procedure details to guests.
Receive and process customer payments.
Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Clean and sanitize the lobby, service stations, and seating areas.
Ensure customer self-service stations are properly stocked.
Stock supplies or retail products and, as directed, inventory, order, or receive products.
Routinely check food equipment temperatures to ensure proper functioning.
Support and train Theater Hosts while overseeing operations.
Communicate theater facility cleaning and presentation needs to the Porter team.
Execute the Marbles Emergency Action Plan in the event of an emergency.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Supervise shifts and train all Theater Hosts.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Shopify and Tessitura.
Experience leading or supervising a team.
Weekday evening and weekend availability.
Theater Lead
Marbles Kids Museum is a vibrant, nonprofit children’s museum and IMAX Theatre located in the heart of downtown Raleigh. The Opportunity

You will spend your time interacting with kids and adults, encouraging them to imagine, discover and learn while watching movies and documentaries.
We are looking for a responsible Theater Lead to join our team! The lead is responsible for running the theater’s daily operations (concessions and ticketing procedures) while delegating tasks and supervising the theater team in the absence of the Theater Manager. This position delivers a top-notch guest experience consistent with the mission, goals, strategy, and programming of Marbles Kids Museum.
Job Responsibilities

Provide support and training for Theater Hosts while overseeing operations.

In the event of an emergency, confidently execute Marbles Emergency Action Plan.
Perform all other duties assigned by the manager.

Shift Supervision and training for all Theater Hosts.
Ideal Experience & Skills
