Requirements
  • A degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline is desirable; qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) or working towards the designation.
  • A minimum of 10 years of private and/or public accounting experience, with strong exposure to Real Assets and Fund Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of SPV accounting, real estate structures, operational processes, reporting cycles and review expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, leading and implementing training programmes, learning strategies and operational capability-building initiatives across multiple teams, including facilitation, onboarding, presentations and structured knowledge transfer.
  • Proven ability to establish learning priorities, evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend strategic development initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex accounting, operational and system processes into clear, practical and engaging learning materials, and to develop, enhance and maintain training and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify learning gaps, process inconsistencies and improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop employees while managing stakeholder relationships, including influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of learning, process or system change.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and business writing skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships across Operations teams, Subject Matter Experts, Learning & Development and leadership.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; experience with fund accounting systems and eagerness to adopt new technologies and internal platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, drive initiatives and collaborate across multiple locations while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead learning needs analysis across Real Assets Operations by assessing skills gaps and recommending training priorities aligned with agreed business objectives.
  • Design, own and continuously enhance the Real Assets training curriculum, learning pathways and programme standards covering Fund Accounting, SPV Accounting, systems, onboarding and operational excellence.
  • Manage the full training development lifecycle, including needs analysis, content development, facilitation, feedback review, updates and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and lead delivery of advanced technical, operational and cross-functional training programmes across multiple levels and locations, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and effective onboarding.
  • Act as liaison between Learning & Development and Accounting / Operations teams to support structured onboarding of new and newly promoted staff.
  • Support CFS Real Assets technology and procedural initiatives by embedding best-practice operational guidance into training materials and process walkthroughs and ensuring effective user adoption.
  • Coordinate local Subject Matter Expert networks and provide functional guidance and oversight to Supervisors and Subject Matter Experts supporting content development, maintenance and programme delivery.
  • Support global standardisation and operational efficiency by preparing consistent training content, process guidance and knowledge-transfer materials for global initiatives and best-practice forums.
  • Review training feedback, quality findings and recurring operational issues to identify further training needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain learning governance processes, success measures and training effectiveness frameworks.
  • Participate in process and system enhancement projects as required, with a focus on training, adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute operational subject matter expertise to global initiatives and best-practice forums.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Company's business needs.

Citco launches unified private credit portal to streamline loan servicing. * July 28, 2026 * - 9:28 am Citco has introduced a new digital platform designed to simplify private credit loan servicing, as growing market complexity drives demand for greater transparency and operational efficiency across the asset class. The new Citco Credit Portal brings together the firm's loan servicing capabilities into a single platform, providing loan agency and servicing clients with one point of access to loan information, portfolio data and operational workflows. Initially available to clients using Citco's Loan Agency and Servicing business, the platform enables users to view loans, borrowers, lender groups and portfolios while accessing transaction data, payment schedules and servicing information through a unified interface. The launch comes as the private credit market continues to expand, with increasingly complex financing structures, larger syndicates of lenders and heightened demand for timely portfolio information placing greater pressure on servicing providers. Citco said the portal is designed to reduce the operational inefficiencies associated with fragmented systems by creating a single digital environment that combines loan data, documentation and servicing workflows. The firm believes the platform will improve transparency, facilitate collaboration between market participants and provide a more consistent view of loan information throughout the servicing process. Artificial intelligence played a key role in developing the platform, with Citco incorporating agentic AI technologies to accelerate product development and introduce new functionality. The company is also piloting AI-powered tools to automate loan abstraction and improve transaction onboarding into its servicing systems. However, Citco said AI-generated outputs will continue to be reviewed and validated by experienced servicing professionals under a hybrid "AI Plus Human" operating model, combining automation with human oversight to maintain accuracy and control. Elaine Furnari, Head of Citco Loan Services, said the portal aims to address a longstanding transparency gap in private credit by giving clients near real-time visibility into loan activity, exposures and, over time, underlying asset performance. Looking ahead, Citco plans to expand the platform's capabilities to support non-performing loans, restructurings and recoveries, while increasing integration with clients' internal systems and data environments. The launch forms part of the firm's broader strategy to modernise private credit servicing infrastructure as the asset class continues to mature and institutional investors demand more sophisticated reporting, monitoring and workflow management tools.
