- Provide visibility and clarity through appropriate governance mechanisms to align all stakeholders.
- Depending on team composition, help Product Managers develop their skills by creating an environment that supports their success, growth, and future opportunities with the client or Theodo.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction by building a relationship of trust, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Staffing, and People teams.
