Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related topics and help lead the human resources strategy as the company scales
  • Provide support to employees and managers on all human resource-related topics throughout their lifecycle at the company
  • Work closely with management to create a culture of high performance, manage performance expectations for employees, and effectively manage Employee Relations
  • In partnership with specialist teams, build and implement top-tier, scalable programs and policies to attract, retain, and grow outstanding talent at the company
  • Help develop and scale the systems used to provide an exceptional experience to employees
  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in partnership with specialist teams and employment legal as appropriate
