About the job
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting a global environment.
- Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, patching, and troubleshooting Windows Server 2022 and 2025.
- Experience administering Active Directory users and groups, DNS, DHCP, and replication.
- Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity integration.
- Experience with Exchange Online mailbox administration, mail flow, permissions, email security, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint management.
- Experience with Wi-Fi configuration, authentication, coverage, performance, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with switching, including VLANs, trunking, PoE, spanning tree, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki Dashboard and MX/MR devices.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Sophos products.
- Experience configuring Network Policy Server (NPS), RADIUS, network access policies, and 802.1X authentication.
- Experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Ubiquiti Wi-Fi and maintaining corporate Wi-Fi.
- Maintain reliable and secure server, cloud, endpoint, and network services.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across identity, devices, applications, and connectivity.
- Manage access controls, security policies, updates, and configuration changes.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, and operating procedures.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Communicate with technical colleagues and nontechnical users.
- PowerShell scripting and administrative automation.
- Relevant certifications.
