At least 4 years of HVAC experience in service, installation, or maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and work with people.
Responsibilities
Teach hands-on HVAC training in installation, service, and troubleshooting.
Work with adult students in a lab and classroom setting.
Demonstrate residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Track student progress and provide coaching.
Maintain a safe, organized training environment.
Contribute to curriculum development, program growth, and industry partnerships.
