About the company

Interra Health operates a healthcare technology platform formed through the merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify, unifying e-prescribing, real-time benefit checks, and insurance eligibility verification in one system. Its products give clinicians point-of-care visibility into medication coverage, patient costs, and prior authorization needs, while also verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for providers and payers. What sets Interra Health apart is connecting pharmacy and medical benefit data with prescription fulfillment without disrupting clinicians' existing workflows, bridging previously fragmented healthcare systems. The goal is to give providers confidence in prescribing decisions and help patients access affordable, appropriate treatment at the moment of care.

What believers are saying

  • Interra Health reported 107 percent three-year revenue growth and Inc. 5000 recognition in August 2026.
  • The company claims profitability and about 40 percent annual growth, projecting over $100 million revenue in 2026.
  • Existing products remain live after launch, reducing churn while cross-selling starts across 800,000 prescribers.

What critics are saying

  • Three-product integration after the March 2026 merger creates execution risk through 2027.
  • Surescripts and EHR vendors control prescriber workflows, squeezing Interra Health's distribution leverage.
  • If payer and PBM data access tightens, Interra Health's core transparency product loses relevance quickly.

What makes Interra Health unique

  • Interra Health unifies DoseSpot ePrescribing, Arrive Health transparency, and pVerify verification in one workflow.
  • Bain Capital Tech Opportunities owns the majority, backing a single prescription-access platform across 800,000 prescribers.
  • Interra Health embeds pricing, eligibility, and pharmacy data inside EHR and telehealth prescribing screens.

Interra Health named on the 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America's fastest-growing private companies. Company recognized for 107 percent three-year revenue growth, earning a place among the nation's most successful independent businesses. BOSTON, Aug. 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Interra Health, which delivers the first patient-centric medication prescribing experience, announced today that it has been named on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation's most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle and Patagonia. Interra Health achieved an impressive three-year revenue growth rate of 107 percent, roughly doubling its revenue over three years. Interra Health was formed earlier this year by the merger of DoseSpot and Arrive Health. The company has 200 employees and processes close to 350M ePrescribing transactions annually. Interra Health works with 800,000 providers in the US - nearly all the registered ePrescribers in the country. "We are thrilled to have made the Inc. 5000 list, and I want to thank the entire Interra Health team as well as our thousands of customers and partners across the U.S. for making this possible," said Josh Weiner, CEO of Interra Health. "We have a mission to improve medication affordability and access through transparency. Patients deserve nothing less and Interra Health is here to help deliver." This year's Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years. For the full Inc. 5000 list, honoree company profiles, and a searchable database by industry and location, please visit: www.inc.com/inc5000. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement." Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 14-16 in Dallas, Texas and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine. Boston Business Journal names Interra Health to 2026 Best Places to Work list.

Boston Business Journal names Interra Health to 2026 Best Places to Work list. BOSTON, June 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - The Boston Business Journal has named Interra Health to its 2026 Best Places to Work - the BBJ's exclusive ranking of the Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their people. The Best Places to Work are chosen based on confidential employee surveys that measure engagement, job satisfaction, team dynamics and management communication. The 90 companies honored by the BBJ in 2026 range in size and industry, with winners from the technology sector, retail industry, health care space, commercial real estate and more. "We are honored to be featured on this list, especially because it was based solely on feedback from our employees," said Josh Weiner, CEO of Interra Health. "Interra Health has an amazing team, and we celebrate that today." Interra Health's growth is being driven by patient demand for transparency in prescription drug pricing. In a fragmented healthcare system, confident prescribing decisions depend on providers and patients having access to the same trusted, real-time information. Too often, coverage restrictions, prior authorization requirements and higher out-of-pocket costs surface only after a prescription is sent. Interra Health addresses this by delivering real-time coverage, pricing and authorization insights across the prescribing journey, before the prescription is sent, creating a more connected experience for providers and patients. The company is hiring in Boston and for remote jobs across the country. View open positions here. "This year's companies once again have set the bar for employees looking to retain their top talent," said Carolyn Jones, Market President and Publisher of the Boston Business Journal. "In such a competitive hiring environment, the Best Places to Work employers continue to outshine their peers and competitors." The businesses that met criteria for office location and size participated in employee-engagement surveys distributed by Business Journal partner Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits. Based on the results of those surveys, businesses were assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum. The top-rated companies are listed in five size categories - extra small (20 to 49 employees), small (50 to 99 employees), medium (100 to 249 employees), large (250 to 499 employees) and extra-large (500 or more). The Best Places to Work celebration was held in-person on June 11th at The Westin Copley Place from 5:30pm - 8:30pm. The special publication honoring all the winners appeared in the June 12th weekly edition of the Boston Business Journal. The Boston Business Journal is the region's premier business media organization, one of 44 markets owned by American City Business Journals.
