ProSidian Seeks a Facility Administrator Specialist - Administrative/Business (Time and Materials | Non-Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.  

This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's: 1) work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category 23381) to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements. 

The Ground Support Equipment Servicer as a  SCA Grade position.

Facility Administrator Specialist - Administrative/Business Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services,  NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and

The Ground Support Equipment Servicer inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation, services equipment with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed air, prepares Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for storage and transportation, uses automated maintenance data systems to maintain equipment records, and document maintenance actions and maintains external fuel and grounding systems.  In addition, this servicer stencils and marks GSE in accordance with technical publications, stores, handles, labels, uses, and disposes of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and federal environmental standards and regulations, operates, cleans, inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles.  This worker maintains vehicle records, maintains and updates paper and electronic equipment records, provides dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations, and practices good housekeeping, tool control, Foreign Object Damage prevention and safety at all times.

Qualifications

The Facility Administrator Specialist - Administrative/Business shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.  The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Required Qualifications are commensurate with functional and technical requirements of the Ground Support Equipment Servicer position. Minimum Education are commensurate with functional and technical requirements of the Ground Support Equipment Servicer position. Base Experience/Skills are commensurate with functional and technical requirements of the Ground Support Equipment Servicer position. Standard Work Hours are commensurate with functional and technical requirements of the Ground Support Equipment Servicer position. Area Security Access/Security Clearance are commensurate with functional and technical requirements of the Ground Support Equipment Servicer position.

U.S.  Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
