Requirements
  • The candidate must have a proven track record owning client relationships and P&L or commercial outcomes at the Vice President or C-suite level.
  • The candidate must have 10 or more years of experience leading growth marketing, media-funnel, or customer acquisition strategy in consulting, digital operations, or strategic planning.
  • The candidate must have deep experience defining and managing KPIs tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to drive decisions and system optimization.
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of agentic systems and modern artificial intelligence architectures, including large language model integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, and application programming interface-driven decisioning, with enough fluency to direct and evaluate technical teams.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, including dotted-line technical partners, in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • The candidate must be able to build strong client relationships and translate complex systems into executive-ready insights.
Responsibilities
  • The Vice President serves as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for an assigned client, managing senior stakeholder relationships through strategic planning, execution, and renewal.
  • The Vice President translates evolving client objectives into a growth marketing strategy scaled by agentic systems.
  • The Vice President leads strategic reviews, executive reporting, and client-facing communications connecting performance and data insights to business outcomes.
  • The Vice President collaborates with internal leaders and executives on contract structure, pricing, and long-term partnership planning.
  • The Vice President owns the growth marketing strategy for the client partnership, with direct accountability for customer acquisition, media-funnel performance, and retention.
  • The Vice President owns the partnership P&L, including pricing, resourcing, and commercial outcomes, and makes decisions needed to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • The Vice President sets the strategy and direction for agentic workflows that scale customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • The Vice President directs a dotted-line team of creative, engineering, data, and product partners who design and build the agentic systems that power delivery.
  • The Vice President maintains fluency in agentic architectures, including multi-step workflows, application programming interface integrations, large language model-powered reasoning, and retrieval-augmented generation, to make design tradeoffs, challenge engineering decisions, and evaluate success rates.
  • The Vice President partners with cross-functional team leads to ensure the strategy is technically executable and built to scale.
  • The Vice President establishes evaluation and monitoring frameworks for artificial intelligence systems in production, including accuracy, latency, cost, and fallback logic.
  • The Vice President owns overall program delivery for the client partnership, including planning, execution, monitoring, and iteration across active workstreams.
  • The Vice President coordinates with cross-functional leads across Operations, Technology, Data, and Compliance to manage resources, timelines, and quality standards.
  • The Vice President ensures artificial-intelligence-native workflows are deployed responsibly across workstreams in compliance with industry and client-specific regulations.
  • The Vice President defines and manages quantifiable KPIs tied to P&L outcomes across customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • The Vice President leverages SQL, business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI, and/or Python to analyze performance and surface actionable insights for strategy and execution.
  • The Vice President prepares executive-level reporting and presentations communicating outcomes, roadmap progress, and business impact to client stakeholders.
  • The Vice President builds business cases for new initiatives based on data and measurable outcome targets.
  • The Vice President leads and mentors a team of directors, analysts, and operators across the client team, with growth marketing and compliance reporting directly to the role.
  • The Vice President partners with senior leadership to shape team structure, headcount planning, and talent development for the account.
  • The Vice President identifies opportunities to expand and deepen client engagements through growth marketing and artificial-intelligence-driven transformation.
  • The Vice President contributes to internal strategy discussions, pricing models, and value proposition development as the client point of view.

Saudi Arabia-based fintech Tabby raised $160 million in a Series E round at a $3.3 billion valuation, led by Blue Pool Capital and Hassana Investment Company, with participation from STV and Wellington Management. The funds will expand Tabby's financial services and support its IPO plans. Since October 2023, Tabby has doubled its annualized transaction volumes to over $10 billion.
