Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
  • Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support the guest experience.
  • Minimum age of 19 with preferably 2 years of driving experience required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience or training is required.
  • A current New Mexico driver’s license with an insurable driving record is required.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the property and provide assistance in and out of vehicles.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company safety and security procedures.
  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
  • Provide recommendations regarding hotel outlets, amenities, events, and local attractions.
  • Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and all safety and security protocols.
  • Communicate and partner with Front Office, Security, and other departments to support guest needs.
  • Maintain awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to ensure efficient and organized service.
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with uniform and grooming standards.
  • Keep the hotel's driveway, porte-cochere, and parking area clean and tidy.
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client, and guest information.
  • Perform other duties assigned within the functions of the position as needed at the property.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hospitality or guest service experience.
  • Approximately 2 years of driving experience.
