Responsibilities
  • Manage telecommunications, heating, electricity, plumbing, refurbishments, and related facilities to ensure they are well maintained.
  • Ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, and refurbishments.
  • Handle facility emergencies as they arise.
  • Manage the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Review utility consumption and work to minimize costs.
  • Supervise facilities staff and external contractors performing equipment and facilities maintenance.
  • Control activities including parking, waste disposal, and building security.
  • Handle service contracts for company-leased and company-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain financial and non-financial records.
