  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and office productivity equipment, including a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train management and professional-level staff in the department.
  • Oversee department staff schedules and responsibilities.
  • Establish the strategic direction of the company’s project management operations and execute the strategy in collaboration with company leadership.
  • Communicate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to identify and assess product and program requirements, and apply this knowledge to support project management strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce key performance metrics, milestones, specifications, documentation and reporting requirements, and budgets.
  • Track and analyze product, program, and process costs.
  • Oversee and facilitate cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Communicate department, program, and project performance and processes to senior leadership through periodic status reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of developing industry trends and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification or a similar certification is highly desired.
