Responsibilities
  • Understand our customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape to develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value proposition within the contact center and gen AI space
  • Work cross functionally on strategic planning and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth with our customer facing teams
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create compelling sales tools and collateral (product demos, presentations, brochures, videos) that effectively communicate our product features and benefits
  • Work alongside the product management team to plan and execute product launches and coordinate with various GTM teams to ensure successful enablement, implementations, and customer adoption
  • Conduct customer and market research to gain insights into customer needs and feedback, and use these insights to inform and guide marketing strategies
