Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in gaming, trust & safety, or internal systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of content moderation practices, customer support operations, and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with API development, SDK implementation, and admin tool creation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various collaborators across the organization.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional (XFN) collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including asynchronous interactions with others.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a diverse group of collaborators from various departments (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Game teams) to gather requirements, understand difficulties, and prioritize feature development.
  • Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Own and drive the product strategy for content safety systems, including content moderation of user-generated content (UGC), review tooling, and investigation tooling.
  • Lead the development of player experience tooling, including customer support system SDK and automated pipelines for support processing.
  • Coordinate the creation and improvement of compliance systems, particularly focusing on data privacy (e.g., GDPR, DSA or equivalent experience) and related admin tools.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve our tools and systems.
  • Prioritize features and develop product roadmaps based on business goals and user needs.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
