Responsibilities
Perform daily janitorial tasks throughout the facility.
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and recreational areas.
Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and buff floors as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces.
Landscape two courtyards.
Assemble resident furniture as needed.
Change lightbulbs and perform other small maintenance tasks assigned by the Campus Maintenance Director.
Disinfect and deodorize according to policy.
Remove trash and reline receptacles with clean liners.
Desired Qualifications
Some maintenance experience or knowledge is preferred.

Sunnyside Adult Residential Facility (a large, unlocked mental health group home) is looking for a dependable Janitor to help keep our facility clean, sanitary, and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
