Requirements
  • Personally own significant, multi-stakeholder customer relationships for at least 7 years, involving recurring revenue, important accounts, and ongoing commercial ownership; Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, qualifying consulting, or equivalent commercial experience is acceptable.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced environments where customer-facing changes occur within weeks and priorities shift frequently.
  • Demonstrate that you build playbooks, frameworks, standard operating procedures, or training proactively.
  • Demonstrate use of artificial intelligence to build content, frameworks, standard operating procedures, simulations, or internal tools; be able to show what you built or build something live during the hiring process.
  • Understand the customer lifecycle and the drivers of retention, expansion, and adoption, including adapting when the product changes.
  • Demonstrate strong change management, data-driven analysis, executive communication, and the ability to build trust and drive change cross-functionally without formal authority.
  • Have a clear point of view on how adoption occurs, including the importance of workflow fit and reinforcement after launch.
  • Provide evidence that what you build remains in use over time and is maintained through business change.
  • Travel less than 10%.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end codification of Customer Success motions for onboarding, expansion, renewals, fleet refreshes, hardware upgrades, and interaction-specific playbooks.
  • Partner with Customer Success leaders to connect initiatives to thematic skill investments such as account strategy, multi-threading, and revenue conversations.
  • Assess segment, customer, and product context to determine whether a change requires deep enablement or a light-touch nudge.
  • Define success measures before building programs, including leading indicators, survey instruments, and usage signals that distinguish adopted plays from merely published content.
  • Use Metabase and customer relationship management data to distinguish activity from behavior change.
  • Use artificial intelligence to build, personalize, and maintain training content, overviews, frameworks, and standard operating procedures at scale.
  • Build artificial-intelligence-powered representative simulations, mock exercises, and reinforcement mechanisms for continuous skill development.
  • Establish and apply a point of view on how technology drives behavior change in Customer Success enablement.
  • Operate as a self-starting pathfinder across Product and the go-to-market organization by identifying issues, raising them, and framing solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate positioning into Customer Success execution for different customer personas and industries.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations so Customer Success processes and frameworks are accurately reflected in the revenue technology stack and reporting cadence.
  • Serve Customer Success representatives, Customer Success Operations, Customer Technology, and Customer Success leadership as internal customers.
  • Own the behavior-change layer across the Customer Success technology stack, including HubSpot, Metabase, Attention, and Claude.
  • Understand Customer Success workstreams deeply enough to identify where the technology stack supports current work and where it needs to evolve.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with hardware or frontline, non-desk end users.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Metabase, Attention, or Claude.
