Requirements
  • 4-5 years revenue based selling experience

Responsibilities
  • Coach, train and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Lead weekly 1:1s and team meetings
  • Join calls with prospective clients to increase close rates and generate revenue
  • Identify roadblocks and training opportunities for the team
  • Develop creative ways to motivate and inspire the team
  • Work with the Senior Corporate Sales Manager to forecast each quarter
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge of the benefits and corporate wellness space
