Sabre reported Q2 CY2026 revenue of $712 million, up 3.6% year-on-year and beating analyst estimates of $694.1 million. The travel technology company posted a non-GAAP loss of $0.17 per share, missing expectations of $0.07. CEO Kurt Ekert attributed the performance to gains in air bookings and strong corporate travel demand, which represents nearly half of Marketplace bookings. The company doubled its agentic AI pilot and production partners to 60 during the quarter. Hotel-related revenues grew 11% year-on-year, whilst the Payment Suite processed over $6 billion in gross spend, up more than 30%. Sabre secured a new airline customer in Africa for its SabreMosaic and NDC platforms. The company reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance but forecast Q3 EBITDA of $127 million, below analyst estimates of $151.9 million.
Sabre Corporation has executed a Fourth Amendment to its Receivables Financing Agreement, a key funding facility used to monetize trade receivables via its special-purpose vehicle, Sabre Securitization, LLC. The move redefines core economic and legal terms governing this structure and is likely to be of interest to equity and credit investors focused on Sabre’s liquidity, leverage, and counterparty risk profile.
Sabre reported second-quarter 2026 results that exceeded expectations, driven by Marketplace revenue growth and strong corporate travel volumes. Revenue rose 4% year-over-year to $712 million, whilst normalised adjusted EBITDA increased 19% to $151 million. The company raised its full-year outlook for pro forma adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow whilst reaffirming revenue and air distribution bookings growth projections. Free cash flow was positive $10 million for the quarter. Air distribution bookings increased 1% year-over-year, outpacing industry growth by approximately 600 basis points since late 2025. Chief Executive Kurt Ekert attributed this performance to share gains and NDC expansion. Sabre expects third-quarter air distribution bookings and revenue to grow from flat to low single digits year-over-year, with low- to mid-single-digit growth anticipated in the fourth quarter.
