Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in Capacity Management
  • Full-Truckload Experience (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering individual results
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs
  • Reach and exceed the required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals
  • Establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks/CT Exchange network
  • Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration and positive outcomes
  • Coach and develop next class/junior members of CTExchange Carrier Sales Team
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance improvement
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required

It helps plan and optimize routes by compiling loads from multiple sources based on destinations and time on the road, using data and algorithms to boost efficiency and profitability. It tracks income and expenses, supports revenue goals, and handles payment collection upon delivery to reduce invoicing and speed cash flow. Revenue comes from subscriptions and potential transaction fees for load matching and payment processing, with the goal of helping drivers run their businesses more smoothly by lowering administrative burdens while increasing earnings.
