About the job
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- An AI-first approach to software development.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of basic database concepts and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and services.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
- Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements to develop effective software solutions.
- Collaborate with team members during sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Investigate and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to application functionality and support procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving code quality, automation, performance, and reliability.
- Learn the company's products, platforms, development standards, and industry regulations.
- Experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, or related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with Angular.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
- Enterprise integration experience.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
