- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant position.
- Must have a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, including lifting 50 or more pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
- Provide customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
- Maintain clear and accurate administrative logs pertaining to incident reports, visitor check-ins, and property.
- Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
- Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record incident data for buildings.
- Conduct foot or vehicle patrols as a rover to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior.
- Check in visitors and contractors, inspect vehicles, and perform access control as a gate officer.
- Bilingual ability is preferred.
- Security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.
