Requirements
  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, finance, economics)
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from July 8, 2024 - December 20, 2024 in the Boston Copley office
Responsibilities
  • Maintain Corporate Travel processes and troubleshoot problems with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
  • Assist employees with booking business travel and co-manage the travel approval workflow
  • Coordinate room blocks and register teams for Tradeshows
  • Understand the Travel Policy and evangelize to travelers and travel arrangers on making savvy travel decisions
  • Conduct heavy data analytics, mostly via Google Sheets
