Requirements
  • 12+ years of related professional experience, with a proven track record of success at a senior level in either ad tech or at a brand, agency, or consulting firm
  • Proven experience leading and scaling Software as a Service or subscription revenue in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment

Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading and mentoring the Solutions Engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Demonstrate mastery of all offerings and articulate iSpot’s value proposition and most impactful solutions with precision to senior client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.)
  • Possess a deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and iSpot's unique position to guide strategy and client roadmapping
  • Solve complicated challenges and develop tailored solutions and deliverables for complex client needs autonomously
  • Utilize strong active listening skills to mirror client needs and deliver precisely tailored solutions
  • Proactively serve as an internal expert across a variety of teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and driving education across Solutions Engineering and other internal teams
  • Participate directly in product development, either proactively driving new offerings and enhancements or serving as an SME on product strategy
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Leverage deep analytical experience to guide the development of data-driven solutions and insights
  • Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities and new methodologies
  • Be comfortable utilizing business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on-the-fly analysis and to inform strategic decision-making
  • Facilitate new client strategic road mapping and oversee the timely and accurate delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to facilitate the adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices, and work through unique, high-value use cases

  • You have deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media. And have experience informing buy, plan and optimize strategies

  • Target base salary range: $148,550 - 191,000 USD Annually
  • Target variable commission is 20% of base salary and is based on quarterly targets and paid quarterly.

Keaveney joins from TV advertising and measurement firm, iSpot.tv where he was exec vp and head of business development. Before that, he ran data analytics firm, 605. His new role will be based in London where he will look after business operations, programming, marketing and the company's growing FAST channels. AMC Networks International UK runs linear brands including True Crime and Legend in a JV with Paramount. He reports in to Eduardo Zulueta, president of AMC Networks International. In the US, video audience measurement firm iSpot has announced a partnership with search intelligence provider Captify, allowing clients to integrate search outcome data segments with always-on audience measurement for TV and video advertising. iSpot was founded in Bellevue, Washington in 2012 and has offices in major cities across the US. The firm measures all phases of the TV advertising lifecycle in real time, from creative testing and audience verification to business outcomes. iSpot taps Julie Van Ullen as president and chief revenue officer. BELLEVUE, Wash. - Julie Van Ullen has joined cross-platform TV ad measurement company iSpot as president and chief revenue officer. Van Ullen, who will report to iSpot founder and CEO Sean Muller, will be responsible for a range of functions critical to organizational growth, the company said, including sales, marketing and customer success; driving media partnerships and business development; and leading client-focused data science teams. She comes from e-commerce firm Rakuten Rewards, where she was chief revenue officer. "Julie is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of building high-growth teams and fostering trusted relationships with customers across the media and advertising ecosystem," Muller said.
