What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls to Texas homeowners to spark conversations about energy efficiency.
• Uncover homeowner pain points around rising utility bills and educate them on modern energy solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our senior energy consultants.
• Work closely with team leaders and coaches to sharpen your pitch and maximize your commission checks.
