  • 3-5 years of diversified experience in Finance Reporting (GAAP/Management reporting), Actuarial or other financial management roles, with a focus on planning & analysis, capital management, or actuarial / financial modeling
  • Problem solving skills including the ability to identify solutions and alternatives for high priority challenges. Ability to drive progress and navigate with tenacity.
  • Ability to ‘connect the dots’ between the main concepts of finance, treasury, actuarial, risk etc.
  • Excellent execution and business partnering skills, along with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success working on cross-functional teams that achieved long-term goals while managing short-term challenges
  • Willingness to learn Agile execution, innovative technologies, and process re-engineering
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA
Responsibilities
  • Help drive the FM Transformation vision, and be part of an Agile team that partners with subject matter experts and technology associates to ideate, design, develop, roll-out, and measure success for the initiative.
  • Support the team’s Product Owner (PO) by acting as a voice of business interests within the team.
  • Drive delivery efforts across finance, technology, project management, and people management.
