Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage enterprise Proofpoint messaging environments, mail flow, and email security solutions.
  • Configure and maintain email authentication technologies including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM.
  • Administer identity and access management solutions, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365 services and integrated enterprise platforms.
  • Implement security best practices aligned with Zero Trust principles and organizational compliance requirements.
  • Support Microsoft 365 governance, retention, compliance, eDiscovery, and information protection initiatives.
  • Collaborate with security, network, cloud, and engineering teams to design and implement scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical enterprise collaboration services.
