Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane.

Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines.
Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process.
Present and explain repair estimates, including upsells when appropriate.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
