Lead a commercial team supporting the launch and promotion of Uro-Oncology products.
Deliver financial objectives, including sales goals and return on investment metrics.
Develop and train a cross-functional team including sales representatives, market access managers, and certified nurse educators.
Develop and leverage relationships with key customers throughout the region.
Manage accounts for large and small urology, hospital, and pharmacy customers.
Meet each customer's reimbursement and product delivery needs.
Translate strategies into actionable regional plans.
Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, product, surgical process, and reimbursement process.
Use business analytics, marketplace and disease-state knowledge, and clinical and customer knowledge to develop and implement an effective territory-level business plan.
Complete administrative responsibilities efficiently and on time, including call reporting, expense reporting, communications, and account documentation.
Understand the opportunities unique to the geography.
Desired Qualifications
Matrix leadership experience is highly desirable.
Two years of hospital or large-account experience are preferred.
Two years of urology experience are preferred.

Job Summary
A Regional Business Director will be responsible for all commercial activities and execution of marketing strategies within their defined geography. They will also be responsible for the hiring, training and development of the commercial team they lead. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. They will be required to identify and understand the unique market opportunities of their geography including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways. They will be charged with strategic planning for their region and the development of detailed business plans to ensure the execution of marketing strategy.
