Responsibilities
Prepare and develop technical presentations explaining the company's products or services to customers.
Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Travel between Wise Industries and Industrial Belting & Transmission, with an office at both locations.
Assist with deliveries of rollers, rotator tables, conveyor sides, cartridges, and related items.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Generate sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
Help customers with problems involving installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create sales and marketing strategies targeting customers.
Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues and possible solutions to upper management.
Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
Train other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
Participate in a team culture from initial design through startup, working with sales, manufacturing, and installation teams to provide unique, out-of-the-box designs.
Travel to customer sites for project kickoffs, weekly onsite update meetings, installation support, and engineering support as required.

We are looking for a tech-savvy Inside Sales Representatives to assist Wise Industries and Industrial Belting & Transmission with the selling of mechanical power transmission products and technological products or services. The Inside Sales Representative's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs. Travel between Industrial Belting & Transmission and Wise Industries (Georgetown, KY) will be required as needed. A company vehicle will be provided for commuting.
General Purpose
To be successful as a sales inside sales representative, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills. You will go through a thorough 90-day training program to ensure that you have the tools and knowledge needed to be successful.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
