  • Current residence in Querétaro, Querétaro.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect for, and attract new small and medium-sized business clients.
  • Analyze clients' financial needs and propose tailored solutions, including credit, investments, and transactional products.
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor credit operations and manage the risk associated with the portfolio.
  • Advise clients on banking products and services, answer questions, and address their requests.
  • Collaborate with other bank areas to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality service.
  • Meet individual and team commercial targets set by management.
