Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- May require a high school diploma or General Educational Development credential.
- Relevant maintenance experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Kentucky River Community Care facilities in a safe and good condition through assigned renovation and remodeling projects.
- Maintain grounds.
- Perform maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, cleaning, and moving.
- Submit monthly work logs.
- Maintain tool inventory and report lost or broken tools.
- Participate in process improvement activities as directed by program needs.
- Maintain a safe work area for employees and the public.
- Provide backup for coworkers as required.
- Participate in department meetings and required skill enhancement activities.
