Ayble Health provides personalized nutrition plans through a digital platform to identify and remove foods that trigger gut symptoms for people with IBS or IBD, available via a subscription. Clients work with a dedicated GI dietitian, use a food discovery engine to find safe options, and log meals and symptoms in a tracking system to monitor progress, with a Learning Hub of educational resources. The service combines dietitian support, automated food discovery and symptom tracking in one platform, plus ongoing education, all accessible by subscription. The goal is to help users achieve better gut health by identifying trigger foods, reducing symptoms, and learning long-term dietary management.
