- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least two years of work experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, along with mathematical aptitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work overtime as necessary.

- Execute daily activities supporting order fulfillment, inventory control, quality, and receiving for the distribution center and warehouse operation.
- Receive daily deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL, less-than-truckload carriers, and containers.
- Participate in the continual development and improvement of warehouse standard operating procedures.
- Handle products, materials, and supplies physically.
- Operate warehouse equipment.
- Troubleshoot receiving and technical issues.
- Verify materials using a caliper or other measuring devices.
- Inspect materials for conformance with supplier and customer specifications.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Fill in for other positions as needed.
- Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in special projects supporting company growth objectives.
- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets and graphs.
- Prior leadership or project-management skills.
- Experience reading blueprints.
- Previous Warehouse Management Systems experience.
- Previous fastener knowledge.
