- Strong knowledge of Smartstream and payroll.
- Experience working in a SQL Server environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the United States.
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency.
- Work on interfaces with Oracle HR, ADP, and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Smartstream support issues following the Willis Group implementation.
- Work with the Payroll group in Arlington, Virginia, to obtain requirements and provide development and support assistance.
