Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Smartstream and payroll.
  • Experience working in a SQL Server environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the United States.
  • U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency.
Responsibilities
  • Work on interfaces with Oracle HR, ADP, and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Smartstream support issues following the Willis Group implementation.
  • Work with the Payroll group in Arlington, Virginia, to obtain requirements and provide development and support assistance.
