Three to five years of experience in a similar role is required, ideally at an industrial site.
Experience or competence as an HVAC, instrumentation, or electrical technician is required.
Knowledge of heating and cooling production equipment and air-treatment systems is required.
Knowledge of regulation systems, centralized technical management (GTC), and computerized maintenance management systems (GMAO) is required.
Electrical authorizations and certification to handle refrigerants are appreciated.
The position requires the ability to participate in 24/7 on-call duty, rotating every four weeks.
The technician must follow health, safety, and environmental procedures; familiarity with good manufacturing practices is appreciated in a pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
Inspect air-handling units, refrigeration units, industrial boilers, heat pumps, and cooling towers as part of planned preventive maintenance.
Perform routine maintenance, including replacing filters, checking belt tension and condition, cleaning heat-exchanger coils, and lubricating moving parts.
Measure pressures, temperatures, and electrical currents, and analyze the quality of fluids and circuit water.
Optimize site energy consumption by adjusting burners and operating cycles.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and air-handling faults using measurement tools such as multimeters and pressure gauges.
Replace or repair defective components, including motors, compressors, three-way valves, and electronic boards.
Respond urgently to critical equipment failures to prevent production-line stoppages or breaks in the cold chain.
Monitor installations through centralized technical management (GTC).
Configure and adjust temperature, humidity, and airflow setpoints to meet process requirements and the needs of specific areas, including clean rooms and storage areas.
Handle refrigerants in compliance with regulations, including recovery, charging, and leak detection, and maintain the tracking register.
Apply electrical and hydraulic lockout/tagout procedures before each intervention.
Record intervention histories in the computerized maintenance management system (GMAO) and report anomalies to the Maintenance Manager.
Desired Qualifications
A BTS CIRA (Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation) qualification is an advantage.

Vos missions :
