Cencora has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the majority stake it doesn't own in OneOncology, a physician-led oncology management services organisation, from TPG. The transaction values OneOncology's enterprise at $7.4 billion, with Cencora paying approximately $5 billion in total cash consideration, including debt retirement. OneOncology has grown substantially since Cencora's initial investment, attracting leading practices through its physician-led approach. The deal is expected to close by the end of Cencora's fiscal 2026 second quarter, subject to regulatory approvals.
