Requirements
  • A BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Service Desk or Field Support role is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace administration, endpoint management, Zoom, and identity and access management tools is required.
  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows devices, SaaS applications, VPN, and enterprise collaboration platforms is required.
  • Working knowledge of scripting, including PowerShell, Python, or similar, or automation tools is required.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive, customer-focused IT assistance for software, hardware, and collaboration system issues, including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Troubleshoot complex or recurring problems, identify systemic issues, and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and ticket volume.
  • Maintain and support Google Workspace, endpoint management for macOS and Windows, networking, VPN, and access management tools including Okta and CyberArk.
  • Create and update documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for the global service desk team.
  • Develop or modify PowerShell, Python, or similar automation scripts to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide on-site support for end-user devices, conference room audio/visual setups, office network connectivity, and workstation provisioning.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with users to ensure timely resolutions and a positive support experience.
  • Experiment responsibly with artificial intelligence technologies for troubleshooting, data collection, and proactive issue detection.

The drop continues a pattern where strong results trigger selloffs due to stretched valuations. Bank of America took the opposite view, recommending investors buy the dip. The firm noted that much of the recent growth stems from two acquisitions: the $25 billion purchase of CyberArk in February and the roughly $3.4 billion deal for Chronosphere. The company posted a GAAP net loss of $282 million for the quarter, driven by fair-value changes on convertible notes and integration costs.
