Senior .NET Lead or Architect

What's this role about?

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Here's how you'll contribute:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Blob Storage, and Cosmos DB.
• Drive CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

You'll do this by:

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in software development with .NET technologies 
• Strong proficiency in:
  • .NET Core / .NET Framework 4.x
  • C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
  • Design principles and architecture patterns
  • SQL Server
  • Azure services: Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, AKS, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB 
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Application Insights, datadog
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Good to have experience in Angular, Blazor 
• Good to have experience with Github copilot
• Good to have experience Terraform
