Requirements
  • Two years or more of automotive dealership experience is required.
  • Tekion experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is desired but not required.
  • Administrative skills, organization, data entry, analyzing skills, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Attention to detail and an enthusiastic personality are required.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, are required.
  • Must be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Finalize new and used deals sent from Finance.
  • Issue checks for refund requests from the sales department.
  • Maintain correct gross on monthly F&I logs and balance them to CDK each month.
  • Calculate salesperson commission sheets paid monthly.
  • Clean inventory schedules and We-owe schedules.
Desired Qualifications
  • Tekion experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is desired but not required.
