The lawsuit claims the merger would reduce competition, raise prices, and hinder innovation. This move is unexpected as it comes shortly after Donald Trump's inauguration, with many anticipating a more lenient approach to mergers. HPE and Juniper are the second- and third-largest U.S. providers of WLAN products and services for businesses.
