About the job
- One to three years of experience in a related field, such as integrated circuit manufacturing, semiconductor process technology, electron-beam inspection or metrology, or equivalent experience, is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor processes or equipment is preferred.
- Ability to perform the job to a high standard with minimal supervision and to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with application representatives and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and align product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain requirements specifications, test plans, and test reports to ensure verification and traceability.
- Design, execute, and document test cases for software features, system integrations, and product releases.
- Perform on-tool testing and validation in production-representative environments to verify system performance and functionality.
- Work with software development teams to investigate, reproduce, analyze, and resolve software defects.
- Support debugging by collecting logs, analyzing test results, and providing detailed feedback to accelerate issue resolution.
- Track testing progress, identify risks, and communicate test status and quality metrics to project stakeholders.
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure product stability and release readiness.
- Contribute to improvements in software validation processes, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
