Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of traffic coordination/project management experience in a marketing department or agency required.
  • Superb organizational, recall, and time management skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality.
  • Basic understanding of marketing & advertising activities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve questions.
  • Proactive thinker and problem-solver.

Responsibilities
  • Own assigned specialties and manage the traffic of associated projects, monitor the flow and progress of projects to ensure they are on schedule and maintain complete and accurate information about each project.
  • Manage the marketing project list, including fielding requests for new projects.
  • Run the weekly priority meeting for the marketing leadership team, including reviewing the coming week’s schedule and new project requests, and addressing any project concerns.
  • Communicate acceptance or denial of all new projects to the requestor with reasoning, if applicable.
  • Assign resources based on skill and availability to successfully complete marketing projects.
  • Ensure feedback and approval of projects are handled and communicated in a timely manner.
  • Keep the marketing leadership team apprised of projects in jeopardy of missing deadlines.
  • Ensure final projects are stored and cataloged in the appropriate manner and communicated to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee assigned stages in the project lifecycle and associated boards.
  • Identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations for streamlining traffic processes, and implement process changes.
  • Perform special projects as assigned, including but not limited to process and technology improvement, training materials, data entry and research.
  • Managed large campaigns and event projects, including leading intake, kick-off, and check-in meetings, outlining project scope, managing resources, assigning milestones, troubleshooting, and launching announcements.
  • Work with internal business units and external vendors.
  • Provide training to new team members on internal processes and how to use our project management system.
