GTM Engineer
About the job
- At least 4 years of experience in go-to-market engineering, marketing operations, data analysis, or data engineering within a SaaS environment.
- Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and webhooks for custom scripts and data manipulation.
- Experience with orchestration and enrichment tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, or Claude Code.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data models and architecture.
- Ability to deconstruct complex, interconnected processes and design scalable solutions aligned with technical constraints and business goals.
- Design and build custom internal tools, automated signal-based outbound prospecting sequences, and cross-functional data handoffs using orchestration platforms such as Clay, Zapier, or n8n.
- Build and optimize pipelines to clean, enrich, deduplicate, and synchronize raw lead data across the modern data stack and Salesforce CRM environment.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and implement lead-scoring methodologies, optimize lead routing, and streamline pipeline generation.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and large language models directly into go-to-market workflows to automate cognitive tasks and personalize revenue loops.
- Own problems end-to-end, designing, building, and operationalizing systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for go-to-market teams.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, databases, business intelligence tools, or customer success platforms.
