• You'll develop and own the security operations strategy to protect our organisation.
• You'll own and deliver the security operations backlog and KPIs.
• You'll maintain and improve our incident case management and response processes.
• You'll coordinate incident response exercises with senior leaders.
• You'll implement and maintain threat detection and response capabilities across all of our systems.
• You'll conduct threat intelligence analysis and report on emerging risks.

• You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks in our products.

• You'll mentor and support a direct report within the security function.

What you bring to the team

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity, ideally within a large, consumer-focused organisation.
• A proven track record in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on expertise with EDR, SOAR tooling, and SASE/SSE technologies.
• Deep familiarity with frameworks like NIST and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• The ability to translate complex technical risks into clear business impact.
• Prior experience mentoring or managing team members.

What sets you apart

• Certifications like GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC) or CISSP.
• Experience working in e-commerce or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to AWS or other public cloud platforms.
