Requirements
  • Five years of management experience within information technology support and/or management.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate trainees in order to summarize, forecast, identify requirements, screen information, determine eligibility, and provide solutions to potential challenges.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing to inquire about, coordinate, and schedule training sessions and to prepare clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering or related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe).
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization (Facility Access Authorization) by the U.S. Government's designated Security Office.
  • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement.
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements up to a Top Secret or
Responsibilities
  • Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.
  • Coordinating facility maintenance and interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.
  • Adherence with EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers as well as verify operation of hardware and software in the Digital Training Facilities (DTFs).
  • Maintenance of facility security, operating equipment, and assisting students in using assets provided in DTFs.
  • Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture at their site locations.
  • Partners with other appropriate entities to create secure lab environments.
  • Performing hands-on equipment operation and on-site operations.
  • Providing appropriate metrics and reports to designated Management, Section Leadership, and Stakeholder Staff.
  • Providing server and application support and maintenance, and maintaining superior customer interactions on behalf of the Digital Training Facility.
  • Reporting the operational status of the DTFs to the appropriate chain of command and Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).
  • Scheduling the use of DTFs and providing hands-on assistance to the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Product Manager (PdM) and Enterprise Management System (EMS) staff.
  • Scheduling training in DTFs in coordination with Soldiers and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).
