- Manage all aspects of utility onboarding and other utility matters.
- Update the utilities database as needed.
- Communicate daily with residents and third-party utility companies.
- Build strong working relationships with utility providers and residents.
- Assist leadership and colleagues as needed and collaborate with all team members.
- Respond promptly to resident requests from internal and external parties.
- Assist with utility billing and general business functions.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of current state, local, and utility policies and procedures.
- Assist with resolving and documenting utility liens.
- Perform other activities as assigned by the manager.
- HOA or property management experience is a plus.
