Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting, or an equivalent program, from an accredited college or university.
  • Have 0–2 years of recent public accounting experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Live within commuting distance of the assigned office.
  • Be available to work in the office for 40 or more hours per week during business hours, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare tax returns to develop a working knowledge of the firm's tax practices.
  • Learn the firm's systems and business processes.
  • Work on client engagements with seasoned professionals while carrying out assigned tasks under close coaching and supervision.
Desired Qualifications
  • Pursuing the minimum educational requirements for Certified Public Accountant licensure in the state of the assigned office location.
  • Pursuing 150 academic credits or a master's degree in accounting, or an equivalent program, from an accredited college or university.
  • Have a final graduation date between December 2028 and September 2029.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Demonstrate time-management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Have communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Dynasty Financial Partners Dynasty Financial Partners has appointed sports and entertainment-focused executive and entrepreneur Greg Resh as an executive-in-residence. Dynasty created the EiR role in 2023 to provide content and coaching for chief executives in Dynasty's network of RIAs. Resh has more than two decades' experience in financial, strategic, and operational leadership across the sports, media, entertainment, hospitality, real estate, and technology sectors. He co-founded SIGR, a boutique sports and entertainment investment bank. Prior to SIGR's founding, Resh served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sagamore Ventures, and chief operating officer and CFO of the NFL's Washington Commanders, among others. He is the second sports and entertainment-focused EiR to join Dynasty's program this year, after Matt LaPorta. LPL Financial LPL Financial said financial advisors Matt Roberts and Kent Voges have joined Frontline Investment Advisors. They affiliate through LPL Financial's broker-dealer and RIA platforms.
