About the team:

You’ll be joining the Strategic Finance team at Goodnotes, where one of our major tasks is to work with cross-functional teams and lead financial budgeting and forecasting to drives business outcomes.

This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with product and business teams to understand their needs and provide financial insights that drive actionable, data-driven decisions.
• Maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and evaluate performance.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risk, and drive.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing financial processes and systems, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

• At least 5 years of FP&A experience, with a focus on commercial finance at growth technology firms, or 1-2 years of investment banking / private equity experience, preferably in tech, media and telecom (TMT) sector
• Proven ability to partner with business and product teams to make them more data-driven and drive changes
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills is MUST.
• Strong automation skills and experience with financial systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concise insights.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge about FP&A tools and related AI to drive efficiencies would be a plus.
