Requirements
  • Previous experience in an early sales role at a fast-growing startup
  • Experience maintaining a healthy pipeline by nurturing inbound leads and generating new leads through cold outreach
  • Experience carrying quota and closing 6-figure deals with midmarket and enterprise deals
  • Understanding of technology to automate workflows and use of APIs and webhooks
  • Experience bringing a first-of-its-kind product to market
  • Willingness to execute on the "small stuff"
  • Interest in learning new skills and being naturally curious
  • Above-average sense of humor
Responsibilities
  • Create a healthy top-of-funnel using Clay to reach out to target accounts
  • Engage inbound leads to qualify new opportunities and educate them about the value
  • Meet monthly targets for net-new, discounted pipeline created, leads qualified, and discovery meetings booked
  • Leverage thoughtful leadership content to nurture the sales funnel at scale
  • Manage the full sales cycle from vetting to pitching and building custom account strategies
  • Manage all activity in the HubSpot database and report on performance goals
  • Channel insights from sales conversations to the product and marketing teams
  • Help existing customers in the Slack community get the most value from Clay
  • Make content to showcase the possibilities with Clay
